The acivity of the MCPP is described as being to: We educate the public about the benefits of individual liberty, low taxes and light regulation.This sounds OK ... but does it work in a practical way in the modern world? The evidence shows that people are much better off in places where there is a certain amount of social discipline, a fair level of taxes to enable essential public services and infrastructure investment to be funded and effective regulation to control (and punish) anti-social behaviors.
