FOOD SHOPPING
IMPORTANT TO NOT BUY IN EXCESS

This customer seems to have done the impossible ... well done!

Peter Burgess COMMENTARY
I found this very amusing ... I find myself doing all sorts of quite ridiculous things while I am food shopping, all in response to price increases that seem to make no sense at all, other than being opportunistic profit opportunities for some business somewhere in the supply chain.

It angers me that most of the price increases have their origins deep down in the supply chain where the customer facing retailer has almost no leverage.

It bothers me that the professional media does very little digging into the make-up of costs in the supply chains ... and rather little from the energy industry which has record profits embedded into the supply chain for almost everything !!!!!!!!!
