We are not digital natives (understatement) and very easily get frustrated by website design and why what we want to know seems to be carefully hidden from sight.
In the early days of the Internet, Peter Burgess (my husband) did a lot of work on the design and use of management information in the business world as well as for government. Peter is my husband and while I am the 'owner' of our Saw Creek property he has always done everything related to our Saw Creek property since the house was first built decades ago and then when it was rebuilt more recently !!!!! I have a full time job. I am mostly working in Manhattan. Peter is now retired and mainly working on a book (books) in the country at Saw Creek.
There was a time when there was a 'power of attorney' on file in your office but it could not be accessed this past week and it seems to have disappeared ... I am not sure why!!! In any event Peter's recent attempt to pick up new FOBs for access to the amenities is now raising a whole lot of questions that have been dormant for years. Maybe we should have been more demanding a long time ago ... so better late than never.
