strong 16:43 Armed Forces including the nuclear 16:47 deterrent to ensure that the United 16:50 Kingdom's defense capabilities are 16:52 matched to the changing nature of global 16:54 strategic threats my government will 16:57 conduct a strategic IC defense 17:01 review my government will continue to 17:04 give its full support to Ukraine and its 17:06 people and it will endeavor to play a
