The issue of corporate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) has been 'under the radar' for all of my adult life ... many decades. Most companies use them as part of their 'employment package' that everyone has to sign before they join a company. Most NDAs are written by corporate lawyers and are very much aligned with corporate interests.
The Trump organization took the art of the NDA to an extreme level. It is very good news that Jessica Denson and her colleagues took Trump to task on his appalling behavior relative to the use of NDAs. Her efforts were impressive, and it took several years of effort before she was able to win a small victory for herself and even longer before her team was able to win a class action suit.
