Burgess Note ... Trend of US Earnings over 40 years
In 1980 50% of workers earned less than the average and 50% earned more than the average. 40 years later 80% of workers earned less than the average and 20% earned more than the average. WHY???? and what should be done to address this issue? Why is this not being addressed head-on by political leadership?
