The Finance organization is being disrupted by automation, improved technologies (including data visualization, reporting, predictive analytics), an increase in the shared services model, the reshaping of employees’ preferences, and an expansion in the scope of responsibilities. Finance professionals are increasingly being engaged as the main business partner for executives to rely on, in an increasingly uncertain world.
ACAUS’s New England chapter president, Daniel Shafrir is hosting a discussion with Finance Transformation thought leaders, Robert Winslow and Ryan Sullivan, about what the future of the workforce means for Finance departments and how Finance professionals can prepare for it. Rob and Ryan are Finance Transformation specialists, who will guide our audience in understanding the role of the human, in an increasingly automated world, highlighting the skills Finance professionals should acquire to ensure their teams’ successes, and the processes by which work will be carried out.
