Our Story of Plastic heroes need wings. Help fund their travel to the Premiere to tell their story to the world.
Our groundbreaking feature-length documentary The Story of Plastic will premiere on October 6th at the prestigious Mill Valley Film Festival. This is YOUR movie in many ways -- you helped fund it, spread the word and make it happen!
Now, we want to bring the heroes featured in the film to California for the World Premiere, and we need your help again.
The Story of Plastic profiles a group of heroic #BreakFreeFromPlastic movement leaders as they wage a battle against the purveyors of our throw away culture. From the pipelines and refineries where plastic’s journey begins to backyard recycling shops in Southeast Asia to the halls of the European parliament, this stunning movie profiles a half dozen grassroots heroes and the strategies they’re fielding to stop plastic pollution. The only question is, will Big Plastic or the People prevail?
The Story of Plastic wouldn’t be what it is without these incredible heroes. They deserve to be at the World Premiere, where they'll have even more opportunities to share their stories with the world. Can you help us raise $10,000?
