| Studied engineering and economics at Cambridge. Graduated 1961. Qualified as Chartered Accountant 1965. Corporate career until 1978. Was very young CFO good at analysis and managing change. Subsequently independent consultant. Did multiple assignments for World Bank, agencies of the UN in more than 50 countries bringing together the goal of impact with the need for money and investment. As UN consultant helped raise and deploy around $700 million for Namibia after its independence in 1991. Now working to develop TrueValueMetrics to number impact on society and environment and these values as rigorously as we number profit performance and stock values in the financial economy. | |||||||||
