Burgess COMMENTARY
This Eastex facility was about 3 years old in 1967. My company, H.A.Simons from Vancouver BC Canada was supervising an urgent expansion to double the capacity of this pulp and paper mill. I was both the Field Accountant, and also responsible for the flow of materials to the program.
