The Ralph Bunche Institute will be hosting esteemed Political Scientist Alfred Stepan on Tuesday February 21. Professor Stepan will be discussing the themes of his 1978 book 'The Breakdown of Democratic Regimes' and how it relates to contemporary political issues.
