Kristin Vidi graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2014 with a degree in mechanical engineering, and has since been working with Alterra to support their Dokie Wind and Shannon Wind assets. She spent 12 months in Texas overseeing construction activities on the Shannon Wind farm, and has worked extensively at the Dokie site as well. She has transitioned into an operations role, focusing primarily on studying turbine performance, and establishing routine performance monitoring systems for Alterra’s two wind farms and for future wind assets as Alterra continues to add to its wind portfolio.

As Manager – Wind Energy Aftermarket, Rick Brooks is responsible for Timken’s wind energy business including bearings and related products for wind turbine maintenance and reliability. He was named to this position in 2011.
In 21 years with Timken, Brooks has held positions in sales, information technology and business development for the company's condition monitoring systems business. Brooks also previously managed Timken's field reliability services in the United States, and is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional.

Charles Godreau is a research analyst at the TechnoCentre Éolien (TCE) since 2014. He has a Master’s degree in Energy and Computational Fluid Dynamics from Polytechnique Montréal. M. Godreau is specialized in ice detection methods including image analysis, double anemometry and specialized sensors. He also works on cold climate related projects such as ice protection systems evaluation and behavior of wind turbines in icing climate.

Alexandre Vézina graduated from Laval university in mechanical engineering in 2006 and is now the Technical Manager for Delom Services Wind Division. He has been with Delom Services for over 10 years, having occupied many strategic positions from engineer to project manager and he is now Technical Manager for the wind division
