I am too old and financially poor to take advantage of your offer, though I am very interested in the subject of land value and real estate value.

When I talk about value it may be different from your concept of value, which in my view is more like price ... but that is a bigger subject than we have time for here.

Are you familiar with the work of The Ecological Sequestration Trust (TEST). This organization has been formed to get the best possible value from a place, by getting a really deep understanding of all the activities in the area, social, economic and natural. In my view the TEST approach is a game changer. TEST was established (I think in 2010) by Peter Head who was previously with the Arup consulting group. My work with True Value Accounting has a lot in common with the TEST initiative.
