This sophistication (as it is referred to) is often accompanied by an insatiable need for even more stimulation to keep one happy, gratified and self fulfilled. And how your boss never sees the good things you do? Well I am going to tackle that, being the victim of this myself. The answer is not very far and it is a simple true that we all hate to admit to. I mean look at it this way, you have become the man or woman that you are without this person in your life for over two decades. Then why will a complete stranger that you see in the office from 0730 to 1630 from Monday to Friday bother you? Don’t you think maybe the problem lies deep within you! What? Me? How can that be the case work hard and I am always on time at work. Let me take you through a simple lesson of the creature we call self. Exactly what is self? Scholars have defined self in a number of ways but it all comes to understanding who you are, that is having an awareness of what is it about you that defines you. For us to stop blaming everyone for what goes on with our lives we have to have a better understanding of what makes us and appreciate that no one sees us the way we see ourselves. Then and only then will we know that our bosses, our friends and our colleagues have nothing against us as persons, but rather some things we portray to them in a quest to please or impress them. Does this make sense? Oh yes. Have you ever asked your boss why he hates you? And did you get the answer you expected? less CREATIVE VISION, A ROAD TO SUCCESS(Link) October 12, 2007 Mrs. Margaret Mosojane said transformation is the emergence of self generated possibilities that were not present and it occurs when you recognize, acknowledge and give up an automatic way of being in favor of making something new possible. She said leaders should be concerned with the future of the organization and its survival. Mrs. Mosojane said if employees create a vision of a desirable future that can be seen as truly possible then it can generate commitment in achieving that future. “When we do this all the resources of the past become available to guide our actions” she said. She further said Leaders need to be emotional intelligent led so that they can deal effectively with colleagues when they are not in the action mood. The Tatitown court President Mrs. Ludo Margaret Mosojane said this when they donated some money to charity organization to show compassionate and love to their fellow country people in hard times. She said traditionally as a society they were always taught at a family level to give to the less fortunate. “At the heart of African communities there is a spirit to share what we have with others” she said. Mrs. Mosojane said what they were giving does not much matters but it is not the size of a gift that matters but the gesture that will go a long way to tell a story and motivate others to support disadvantaged. Mrs. Mosojane said she remember a tough moment when things seemed not to be going well as people had different opinion about the idea of fundraising. She said because of the self generated possibilities and hope for the future, she got the strength from god who gave her the power of making that happen. She said it was like taking a journey in a road diverged in a wood and less travelled by people.Mrs.. Mosojane said they believed that successful people realize that what happens may be out of their control but what they do with what happens is completely up to them.less Languages SETSWANA and ENGLISH Skills & Endorsements Top Skills 5Strategic Planning 5Organizational... 5Business Strategy 4Analysis 3Leadership Development 3Public Speaking 3Change Management 3Policy 2Coaching 2Teaching Mmolawa also knows about... 2Training 2Public Relations 2Management 1Team Building 1Customer Service 1Management Consulting 1Social Media 1Performance Management 1Event Management Executive Coaching Personal Development Microsoft Office Project Management Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Education Jawaharlal Nehru University, IIMC, New Delhi Mass Communication, Development Journalism 2007 – 2008 UB &INDIA, IIMC ADULT EDUCATION (UB) &MEDIA STUDIES, ADULT EDUCATION &DEVELOPMENT JOURNALISM 2001 – 2008 Additional Info Interests Watching football, Gym, Travelling, Reading and Writing articles, Photography, Partying Advice for Contacting Mmolawa Should be Strategic thinkers, Positive thinkers and creativity people, Innovative pepole etc email: pmphuthego@yahoo.com Recommendations Given (2) Bonolo Moletsane Bonolo Moletsane Assistant Traffic Officer - Intern a very strategic officer who is always on top of issues. she is very creative and innovative.
