In my current role I vet international NGO's, domestic non-profits, and programs to ensure the integrity of private sector corporate social responsibility programs and disaster relief efforts. I directly manage vetting for a slate of fortune 500 clients' Corporate Social Responsibility programs including the IMF, Alcoa, Symantec, Robert Half, and more. My private passion and the subject of my research is the role of local cultural industries in economic development and capacity building. I was accepted to present my research at the 2013 International Conference on Cultural Heritage Management in Rome and engage in support for cultural heritage programs as a volunteer and consultant in my free time. I have provided administrative and communications support to NGO programs domestically and on the ground in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, South America, and the US. This has included aiding in the construction of schools in rural Ghana, developing an international volunteering program and scholarship fund, supporting several international cultural preservation programs, acting as editor of an online environmental magazine, and managing partnerships with overseas NGO's.
