Have a particular expertise on workplace conception and design from the inside right the way through to the building design and shell - a complete turnkey knowledge with an experienced slant towards energy saving design and all things green. Apart from my management and practice running skills I am also a hands on designer who has been using 3D design tools to improve and speed up the design process - I have even recently tendered projects in 3D to great effect. Never had a project go over budget. I recently concentrated on my interests in green and sustainable design by working as project manager on major LZC projects planned by University of Leicester. Including the new med school - one of the largest passivhaus buildings to date- probably.
