Summary
I have 14 years experience as a television journalist, time split almost equally between reporting for a national news network in New Zealand (TV3) but more recently at the international news network, Al Jazeera English. I worked for Al Jazeera for just over six years as a producer and reporter where I worked on; the U.S. presidential elections, the Georgia-Russia war, the presidential elections in Afghanistan and undercover in Myanmar in the wake of Cyclone Nargis in 2008. I transferred to Al Jazeera's Johannesburg bureau in April 2012 where I'm a correspondent.
