Early in my career I worked for Aerosol Techniques Inc (ATI) in their corporate office in Milford, Connecticit where I was the Assistant Treasurer. Herman 'Shep' Shepherd was the CEO, an entrepreneur who was a very successful pioneer in the aerosol industry. He invested some of his financial gains in an island a little way off the coast of Connecticut that was previously owned by Billy Rose. Every few months we would have corporate strategic planning meetings on the island which had not been changed in any way from the time when Billy Rose was alive and the host ... not even the staff had changed. This 'flashback' brings back interesting memories of these meetings! This all happened in the late 1960s ... 1968 and 1969.
