I cannot find any reason for the Youtube title of this video ... but the general theme of the talk is that Ukraine is gaining advantage slowly but surely in almost every aspect of the war.

Separately, I have concluded that it is only in the battle against civilians that Putin gets any advantage ... but hopefully that can be avenged in the international justic system in due course.
