What role do you see for relevant metrics? Peter Burgess You 02:44 PM What do you see as relevant metrics? You 02:51 PM The cost of renting shelter has gone up and up and up over the past 40 years ... the wages of bottom of the pyramid work has flatlined for the same time period ... how much of homeless comes from this systemic economic inequality? You 02:55 PM Affordable housing is an oximoron when the wages of a huge number of essential workers is way too low and has been like this for four decades You 02:57 PM The USA is two (or more) countries ... one that is the top 10% and one that is the bottom 90% ... the average of all is a nonsensicle data point.
