35 issues being addressed by the Clinton campaign The right wing push back about these 30+ issues is that this can only be done by a massive increase in government expenditure. This is nonsense since all of the issues are already the subject of government action of some sort or another ... the opportunity is to make the government effort efficient so that the issues are mitigated effectively. There are already over a 100 major agencies of the Federal Government with a total employment (excluding the military) of around 2.4 million people.
