We are pleased to share this short film of a speech made by HRH The Prince of Wales at the Langenburg Forum on Regional Food Security in Germany last week. Please bear in mind that this video was made by an audience member, so excuse the film quality, but we felt it was important to share the whole speech.

In this important call to action, Prince Charles says that current food production methods have led to incidents like the horse-meat scandal. Questioning our ‘aggressive search for cheap food,’ he asks how it is that some systems of farming ‘are able to sell their products in mass markets at prices that in no way reflect the immense and damaging cost to the environment and human health.’
