WATCH: Jon Stewart Lets Fly in Brilliant 'Rage-gasm' About Fox's Relentless Hypocrisy The network does not even remotely play by the rules it insists everyone else must. Photo Credit: via Comedy Central Jon Stewart had to admit it, sometimes he's a little bit critical of Fox News. But to be fair, as he explained on Thursday night's show, 'That's because they're terrible.' Stewart then hammered the network for its incessant demand that 'Hand Up Don't Shoot' protesters apologize while never once apologizing for its own relentless false tirades—what was it Megyn Kelly called it, oh yeah, 'a tsunami of misinformation' about Benghazi. “They demand accountability for anger and divisiveness whilst holding themselves entirely unaccountable for their anger and divisiveness. For two years, they used Benghazi as shorthand, as a symbol for the whole concept of a corrupt, lying, tyrannical — possibly murderous — Obama White House,” Stewart said. “Kind of how other people used ‘Hands Up Don’t Shoot’ as a symbol for systemic racism. There’s really only one difference between the two phenomena: systemic racism actually exists.” Amen. Someone had to say it. Stewart said it definitively in one of his longer, and most brilliant rants about the utter moral bankruptcy of Fox to date. Watch:
