I have known Ken Banks for a number of years ... since the early days of the development and deployment of FrontlineSMS. His work in using modern technology to work for the betterment of society is praiseworthy.

I would like his initiatives to include a component about meaningful metrics along the lines of TVM ... or perhaps way better than it exists in its present incarnation.
