Homelessness Is NOT a Crime, Mayor - Pensacola City Council COW 12 12 2011.wmv
Pensacola Mayor Ashton Hayward sent over 2 proposed changes to the city code that would expand anti-tent, anti-homeless and anti-Occupy enforcement to make it illegal for persons from camping on city property not covered by city parks and to prohibit activities like bathing, sleeping and shaving in public restrooms. New City Council President Sam Hall limited public debate on these two ordinances that were eventually tabled because the city attorney had not reviewed the ordinances before the mayor presented them to council. |
