Bill Mollison in Australia ... In Grave Danger of Falling Food Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4

COMMENTARY ... January 2013
I curated this page sometime in 2009 when I was pointed at the work of Bill Mollison in Australia ... and included the embed Youtubes that talked about what Bill was doing in Australia. In my review and edit of the material on the TVM website I learned that the Youtube clips had been taken down because of multiple reports of copyright infringement. I wish I could remember exactly what was on the several parts of these clips ... it may be that the poster of the videos was infringing on Bill Mollison's material, or it may be that others were concerned about the message being popularised by Bill Mollison.

At the moment it is not self-evident which it is.

Based on Wikipedia, it appears that Bill Mollison is an important part of the origin of the global permaculture movement. More research on permaculture needs to be curated for the TVM site.
Peter Burgess

Bill Mollinson, Australian designer and author, thinks the greatest threat to our planet is agriculture. He maintains that modern agricultural practices are destroying our soil and water and produce increasingly poisonous food. His alternative is the 'permaculture' concept which turns even the smallest city garden into a fertile eco-system that can provide most of the food for an average family.
