Handling data overload

Google + has introduced 'circles' to handle data overload

This vidoeo has been included in the TVM dialog because it is a clear indication that Google appreciates the problem of data overload. The TVM in itiative wants to do something similar, but the goal is to have data flows that are about important matters rather than things that are either individual entertainment or media hype about things that are really not newsworthy.
