Sustainable agriculture may be a little more work ... but it is much more desirable for everyone concerned except corporate industrial farm shareholders who make profit now while totally discounting the future and everything in the value chain except their profit. |
Sarah Willis from Niman Ranch flew out to the San Francisco Bay Area to be one of four guest speakers at a conference called 'Sustainable Meat: Eco-Friendly Alternative or Oxymoron?' This conference took place at the D School on the Stanford University campus in Palo Alto, California.
