The free enterprise entrepreneurial capitalist market economy has been very good for America during the last two hundred years ... not for native Americans, it must be said ... but for everyone else. But this economic system only works where there are surplus resources and progress is being measured simply by how much profit is made and how much of our matrial goods get consumed. The idea of an infinitie game rather than a finite game is a breath of fresh air. |

Bill's professional background includes over 30 years of innovative organization design and large-scale change implementation experience in the US, Canada, Europe and the Far East, both as an internal and an external consultant. He founded the International Center for Organization Design and is co-founder of Pathfinders and MISA, The Monterey Institute for Social Architecture. |
