Beetroot IT company is my home! We build responsive WordPress websites for agencies: - We offer what is probably the best quality to cost ratio in the world - Have a team of 30+ talented WordPress developers here to support you - Dedicated Account Manager to ensure smooth communication and delivery - Proven track record of successful projects with clients from all over the globe - In-house designers to help you in case you lack the resources WordPress is what we do best when it comes to project-based development, but our core competence is actually building Dedicated Teams. Basically, we help companies around the globe to set up their own teams of handpicked developers, who work in direct communication with your local team, as a cohesive unit. You get to keep all the knowledge in-house, shape communication flows and management processes the way you're used to, while cutting up to 60% compared to running a team in-house. It's a very strategical and long-term way of scaling up your development team and has been working quite swell for many companies. If you’re more used to working with external partners on a project basis - we could help with other technologies as well. If you need additional resources to help you meet demand, just send me a message. Also, let me know if you have any questions, I`ll be happy to clarify them.

Decisions about investments are an important part of future success, for individuals, society, companies and the environment. For this to be efficient there need to be metrics not only for profit, but also impact on society and on environment. Mote talk than before, but not yet the numbers!

I've been a fan of the Economist since my days at Cambridge almost 60 years ago when Norman Macrae was still at the center of things. Still one of the best publications of its type, but not as forward looking and insightful as it once was nor as constructively critical of leadership as I would like!

Founder / CEO at True Link Financial

We're hiring! https://www.truelinkfinancial.com/careers
We help seniors and people with disabilities manage the financial needs that come with the territory. This includes decision support[1], a more robust permissions model[2], help with benefits eligibility and recordkeeping[3], and low-cost investment advice optimized for lifetime income[4].
[1] My grandma historically donated $10 a month to charity out of her schoolteacher pension. With the onset of Alzheimer's, she couldn't store new long-term memories, which means that when she got a phone solicitation it was like her donation that morning had never happened. Whether you think of that as fraud or a budgeting error, with True Link, the transaction is declined and her money is safe. Also helpful with addiction—we can email or text your sponsor on every transaction as an extra level of safety to help you along your path to recovery.
[2] Suppose your daughter financially supports you and have a paid caregiver or grandson who moved home to help out. Maybe the daughter should be able to see your account balance and help keep your money safe but not spend it, and your grandson should be able to buy groceries and gas but not take out cash. And does the paid caregiver shop with her own credit card and get reimbursed, or does the daughter loan the caregiver her own credit card? If there are multiple parties involved, power of attorney, loaning a credit card, or sharing the password to online banking is the wrong tool for the job.
[3] Because typical savings at retirement are $100k and long-term care often runs up to $250k, a huge portion of this care is paid for by Medicaid as people exhaust their savings. Anyone receiving Medicaid who also has another source of financial support (family, spouse's income, inheritance, nonprofit assistance, legal settlement, disability, annuity, etc.) has to set up proper legal structures and keep careful records to preserve their benefits. We do this natively!

I love your life story according to Linkedin and some of the success you have had. I studied engineering at Cambridge, and then migrated to being an accountant and being based in the USA. Given the amazing progress of technology, I am disappointed at how poorly the world as a whole is performing!
