The scope and function of the groups is to complete our internal business viability goals, and prepare the materials, structure, and data aggregation necessary to engage with cities, investors, and vendors. These task groups will evolve over time, or be disbanded and replaced when their goals are achieved. We envision a large degree of autonomy for these groups internally, and they will generate new goals over time as tasks are completed, and new challenges identified. The Exec Team are setting initial goals to get things started, and fulfill some immediate needs. Each task group has a lead, and they are responsible for hosting and holding at least one meeting per week between our weekly full team meetings. The we transition to our virtual office (hopefully next month), it will be easier to meeting daily in our workspace. We realize that it’s a bit short notice, but we would like for each group to meet initially before our next full team meeting next Tues. at 2 PM. Our weekly agenda will now revolve around Group reports from the leads, and feedback and direction coming from the full team. We expect full engagement from all involved. and hope that this initiative will give us more focus, and spread the work load off the Executive Team. The attached Word doc has all team assignments, and email addresses for each Group member. Leads, please email the Exec Team your meeting date, time, and log in info in case we want to pop into the meeting.
