Speakers Jeff Ladner Vice President Environment Performance Solutions Sphera Jeff Ladner has been helping corporations drive operational excellence and effectively manage operational risk for 20 years. He leads the Sphera solution strategy, helping corporations enable their management systems. Focus areas include environmental performance, personnel and process safety, product stewardship, supply chain management, risk assessment, and change management. Mr. Ladner holds a B.S. from Purdue University in chemical engineering and an MBA from the University of Delaware. Enrique Herrera Market Principal for Connected Services and New Markets OSIsoft Enrique Herrera, who joined OSIsoft in 2013, is based in San Leandro, Calif. As a market principal covering the Internet of Things, he works with customers to drive operational intelligence across their enterprise. Herrera has extensive experience with sensor/operational data collection, storage and integration best practices. He brings more than 25 years of engineering experience from the automotive OEM perspective (Ford and Jaguar) and as a Tier 1 supplier (Visteon Corp.). Herrera has cross-functional experiences with powertrain design, manufacturing operations and information technology. He has also served as a senior business strategy architect on the Microsoft Enterprise Consulting Services team. Herrera holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master of science degree in advanced automotive engineering from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom.
