Very helpful ... good progress BUT in the end it will depend on whether or not Microsoft / Skype can solve the scam problem associated with my old account ... politeness is good ... but results also matter ... and in the past Microsoft results have always been good for Microsoft but less good for ME a small customer!

Skype account was hacked ... having difficulty getting Skype Microsoft to address this problem ... the case # is SRX1367257782ID. Not sure who is responsible ... Skype of Microsoft but in the end it seems you could not give a damn about your customers.

The person helping me really did his/her best ... but the process was like pulling teeth ... and it took hours rather than minutes to do something that should have been pretty simple. And some important questions remain unresolved and apparently no way to sort them out. Skype Microsoft may be a good profit machine, but its customer facing interface for small customers is pretty clunky ... but who really cares at Microsoft? Its impossible to get the attention of management level folk ... and in the end this will derail the company.
