A whopping thank you to everyone who came and made it happen! In addition to being a fun 5&10K run, the event was the symbolic kick off of the actual, doom-defying 50 state race to zero carbon. Proclamations were made! Did you miss it? Feel free to invite your town's Mayor to make a proclamation in time for the roll call at the next event! Let every town, city, county and state in America (and the world) proclaim. Because to be in the race, you have to declare you're in the race. Zero Carbon Coaching Clinic: After the 5&10K, runners ambled over to the Oak Grove Pavilion for refreshments and prizes, and to walk through the Zero Carbon Coaching Clinic, featuring innovative materials from the Zero Carbon Playbook.
