I would have liked to make a quick telephone call to a human being that can help me to make an appointment to see Dr. Robert Kim ... preferably early tomorrow Tuesday August 9th ... I understand there is something called UX in the tech world / website design ... that is user experience ... on a scale of 0 - 100 my experience is in the single digits !!!!!!!!!!!
