His experience and clear understanding of business risk and effective control structures is a key asset. He also has experience in providing training in classroom situations and hands-on assistance to trainees from transitional economies; Corporate Governance and Risk Management, capable of providing advice and assessing an organisation’s internal control mechanisms to facilitate the necessary information required for the Assurance Statements of Internal control. He works with Crown Agents Bank providing audit training to a range of Government departments and State owned enterprises in Ghana and Nigerian. He leads on the RSM Tenon audit and investigations work with the UK Department for International Development. In addition he has worked in or lead on a range of consultancy based projects in Turkey with the Ministries for Highways and Agricultural Development; and has lead teams in the Ukraine; Tanzania and South Africa; USA; Poland; Romania, Kenya, Malawi, Afghanistan, Lebanon and Bosnia Herzegovina. Mark is the Head of Audit for the Special Tribunal for the Lebanon and The Registry to the War Crimes Chambers Project in Bosnia Herzegovina.
