This has given me a wide range of skills including; experience in strategic forward-planning; operating within tight financial disciplines; methodical administration to deadlines including crisis management where necessary; the application of modern leadership techniques methods through staff motivation; involvement in both decision-making and target-setting; clarity in communication, and easy personal inter-relations.
