Burgess COMMENTARY
Canada and the northern tier of States in the USA are acustomed to cold weather in the winter, but not so much Texas as the Southern States. A period of really cold weather in Texas in 2020 created havoc with a big part of the electric grid failing, and again in 2022 another cold snap disrupted everything for a couple of days. Better than the previous year ... but still it created a lot of disruption.
The new normal. We will have to get used to it!!!!!!
