‘Beyond Accounting: Climate, Accountants and Technology.’
Program Description:
CAW Network USA is partnering with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), to bring you this exciting event.
The event will inform Finance professionals about why our profession needs to advocate and utilize technology to assist in reporting on Climate impact in line with the UN SDGs. This continues the theme of ‘Climate change and Net Zero’ we have followed in previous sessions and adds in how technology can assist – be that focusing on investing in companies with ‘green’ credentials or helping access and report effectively using available data.
Speakers are a mix of ICAEW members and guests who are thought leaders in their fields. Our first session runs for about 60 minutes with 3 speakers. There will be a 10 minute networking session. Then the second session runs for about 50 minutes and has 2 speakers.
