Feedback on the design of the CVS/Caremark user interface (UX)

Burgess COMMENTARY
While my privacy has some importance, as one gets older the challenge of using the UX ideas of a 22 year old scares me stiff ... many of the problems of the US health system are associated with a terrible lack of transparency and an assumption that more and more efficiency and profit will also deliver better health ... this is convenient for the owners of the system, but a mess for everyone else.

KISS ... keep it short and simple.... maybe this has to be done by having a very much SMALLER single purpose website that is driven by what AI knows about me and my previous interactions with your organization
