TPB question ... From 1945 for about 30 years productivity improvement was shared equitably between investors and workers. Since around 1980 most of productivity gains have been allocated to owners. WHY and what to do about it?wages

Peter Burgess ... Poconos of PA. From 1945 to around 1975 profits for owners and wages for workers were reasonably fairly shared. For the last 40 years most of the value from productivity has gone to owners not workers.

Peter Burgess ... Poconos of PA. In the last 40 years profits have gone up by 700% but wages have only gone up 7%. No wonder people ... black and white are mad as hell. Is this going to get addressed?
