ACAUS is holding our AGM on Tuesday July 21st. This event is online at 12.30pm Eastern / 9.30am Pacific. We encourage you to attend. Per our bylaws we need a quorum of 100 members or 10% of membership attending. We have recently changed out bylaws and full members are now now eligible members who have 'opted in' on our website. We are resending this request as we have had about 80 members opt in since we sent the last invite.

Our agenda is:
  1. a) President’s Report on ACAUS’s activities;
  2. b) Secretary's report on appointed positions and the election to elected positions;
  3. c) Treasurer's presentation of the financial statements of the Association for the year ended December 31, 2019;
  4. d) Report of the auditor on the results of their audit of the financial statements of the Association, and
  5. e) Presentation of The Angus McDowell Award.
  6. f) Member Q&A
We estimate the meeting will run about 30 minutes, depending on Q&A. You will be able to post questions during the session or when registering. Any questions please contact executivedirector@acaus.org
