The Time for Postponing Climate Action Is Over
“We have just entered humanity’s decisive decade,” writes YES! co-founder David Korten in his latest column. He points out that while the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change gave us until 2030 to meet ambitious emissions targets, that means we've got to start taking major action now to avoid the worst of climate catastrophe. Millions of people are, at long last, waking up to the problem—and there’s no time to waste.
