I have just revisited the Global Alliance for Banking on Values initiative that you were associated with before you embraced 'enjoying life' ... and especially your interest in metrics. I am also enjoying life as a rising octogenarian, but really do wish that the young folk would use technology to enable radical accountability and the management metrics needed to optimize for all the elements of the triple bottom line. Any thoughts on this?
