June 7th 2016 122,804 views Mike Wilcock Published on Jun 8, 2016 With special permission from platform security, we were allowed to record the arrival, at 7.20sec, of the Royal Train (67005/006 ) and the Royal Party being greeted on the platform.....plus some freight! In part one of an excellent but very hot day we see various class 66s, of special note is 66162 going on the line north via Queen Street and 70806 with 2 log wagons passing through towards Newport. Due to being limited with our position on the Royal Platform I was just able to record the ecs move to Canton..part 2 soon... Category Travel & Events 248 Comments
