I am delighted to learn about the BISGIT initiative and the goal of enabling the safe movement of value. I have been struggling for a long time to articulate a general theory of accountability that embraces everything rather than merely those things that are transacted in terms of money. I argue that money only works (and that is not for sure) because there is an ecosystem to transact, transport and store money. Your initiative sounds like the essential ecosystem for a value metric that links to the critical issues in society, the environment and the economy. This has made my day ... Peter
