TBLI CONFERENCE EUROPE 2014, hosted by VU University Amsterdam, invited asset owners, asset managers as well as SRI specialists and service providers to participate in a rich program on trends, opportunities and challenges in the ESG and Impact Investing space.

It marked the 28th event held since 1998 by TBLI CONFERENCE, an organization dedicated to building a global community of ESG and Impact Investors.

Opening the program were two keynote speeches by Ernesto Sirolli (Sirolli Institute, USA) and Arvind Narula (Urmatt Ltd, Thailand), followed by plenary discussions on 'Long Finance - The role of patient capital for Impact Investing?' and 'Investors' Response to Water-related Risks: Promoting corporate water stewardship'.

14 additional workshops addressed a broad range of ESG and Impact Investing topics, including an Entrepreneur Session where entrepreneurs pitched their sustainable businesses and projects to investors.
