The hybrid power system allows seamless integration of generation sources including solar and wind to conventional grid power sources and diesel generators. Incoming power from multiple generation sources is simultaneously streamed into energy storage systems making maximum use of the energy available.

The key responsibility is to develop Eltek’s Business within the APAC & MEA region.
The role has encompassed commercial responsibilities and Project management Hybrid /
Solar Hybrid and Generator / Controller Hybrids along with other methods of power
generation and energy storage.
The role also includes Large Free Cooling Fan Filter coolers (FCU) for advanced OPEX
energy saving.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the AE BU management in developing long-range plans, implementing specific programs,
products and procedures and solving problems.
- Provide forecasts and budgetary. Develop and implement a strategy to ensure continuous growth and
sustainability of AE Telecom solutions in the territory.
- Assist the sales management of other EV entities within the territory.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
- Monitoring, measuring and reporting on operational issues, opportunities, development plans and
achievements.
- Reporting to the Company, in accordance with the reporting instructions and at intervals as decided
by the Company from time to time.
- Managing GSMA associated Membership Globally

Develop Sales and partnerships with in APAC for Dantherm Air
Handling PTE LTD , of which holding company is Dantherm Air Handling Skive based on a
three investment plan.
The key responsibility is to develop Dantherm’s Business within the APAC region.
The role has encompassed commercial responsibilities and Project management AC power
and DC power Air conditioners, Heat Exchangers, Thermo Siphon Heat exchangers, Large
Free Cooling Fan Filter coolers (FCU). Also the product range includes mix combination
cooling or heat transfer devices.
The market place for Dantherm Singapore includes but not limited to Telecom Operators,
Integrators, OEM’s and local Partners or Agents who will add value to the products.
The main responsibility during the startup phase is to establish the sales channels and ensure
local support is provided to the end user via the local Partners / Agents.
Discussing projects, market intelligence, manufacturing time lines, issues internally with
China, Denmark and Sweden as well as suppliers of third party products and sharing
information to maintain a competitive edge to our competitors.
The key market sector for sales in the region has been the GSM market and this will continue
in the region for a minimum for five – ten years + at a increasing rate. But in addition to this
projects for Wimax / Tetra are currently being targeted.
Majority of the Operators are looking towards OPEX savings ideas and a major part of the
sales and marketing time is spent within this objective.
The full operational activities in Singapore as a fully registered entity from monthly report,
forecast and product market intelligence. Other sales and commercial activities have also
been performed from the quotation onwards, profit and loss analysis on the project by project
basis.
Opened up new sales channels. Gained entry to markets not held before
by Dantherm. Maximised the operational costs. Set up the company completely from scratch
including P&L statements.

Sales & commercial responsibilities, Project management for a key set of
customers with the main product focus of the larger PPS25 Power system series initially.
The prime role in the UK has been business development of new accounts, support to some
existing and to business develop new areas like ADSL and UK incumbent operator BT. The
role has been extended to the EMEA for a Project by Project management basis including
some travel to train and focus new customers on products from Power-One.
In the short term installation management includes all the aspects of the installation as well as
some hands on to gain further firsthand experience of the Power-one Energy system.
Key tasks included System specification and dimensioning, Battery selection, consideration
to the installation requirements ie DC Cables Load and Battery, Installation Process including
the Health and Safety aspects for European laws.
Installation team selection depending on the client requirements, ie if CDM management
required and maintenance schedule also organised to suit the backup required.
Customer base is key account status.
Customers include :- Ericsson ( + support to other regions) , Marconi ( UK, South Africa,
Support on project basis including Bangkok), British Telecom, WorldCom, Fibernet, Energis,

The role has encompassed commercial responsibilities, Project management from new
product introduction as well as site installation project management.
The installation management includes all the aspects of the installation as well as some hands
on to gain further first hand experience of the Energy systems from both Lambda and
Swichtec product. Batteries have been selected from within the group now Invensys energy
storage and other manufactures.
The Installation team were selected depending on the client requirements, ie if CDM
management required and maintenance schedule also organised to suit the backup required.
The usual sales / commercial activities have also been performed from the quotation onwards
to the hand other documentation.
Other Group products included UPS and services have been added to contracts to increase the
overall project value.
Customer base Telecom customers only from the UK South Coast to Oxford and
including South London. This includes Mobile operators, ISP’s , Cable and fixed line.
None Energy system products from the Lambda organisation and includes
Coutant PSU’s and Nemic DC-DC converters sold to customer base.
Main customers included Vodafone, BT, BTCellnet (O2). Rank Xerox, Digital Projection,
Linx Printing, Rank Taylor and Rank group, Marconi strategic comms. Plus many more.
KEY achievements - Telecom
Won an award for highest T/O growth for DC Energy Systems over and above target 30%
growth and 132% yr on yr ,for fy1999 - 2000.
Award for achievement was a full expenses trip to the Power council in Bermuda.
Won the first two GSM customers in the UK for Invensys – Vodafone and BTCellnet
