Daly Halder Owner, DaNi Resource Center (DRC) Dear Group Members May all know about the 'Accord Bangladesh Fire and Building Safety'. Its a huge arrangements and investments in Bangladesh. This movement started years back and now very strong because of campaigners. It is not always right that Campaigners do the right thing in a right time. All members listed factories out of 5000 factories in Bangladesh which covered 50% workers. This initiatives basically for workers though workers are missing in the main planning for its activities. I like to know your valuable honest comments on the issue. To me, it is 'Huge input for a little output.... I think your effort in this area is fantastic, so the next question is how can this foundation of data be used to make the big brands more accountable for their supply chains. This is a core part of the Multi Dimension Impact Accounting (MDIA) data architecture ... and I would be delighted to try to work with you in some way to integrate your data into something that will help to address the issue of lack of transparency on the part of the big brands. I am not sure what this is going to look like ... but I think it could be very well worth doing. I have an around 15 years working experiences in private sector and development organizations. Especially I worked in administration including human resource management and finance closely with top management.

Some of my responsibilities in different organization and company were: Strategic Planning on organization's objectives and goals, supervising, monitoring, social audit (FLA, adidas, Reebok etc.), Compliance Consultancy, report writing, CoC and other training, ICP Set-up, prepare proposal and costing, Budgeting, evaluation of the project cost, financial management of individual project, maintained liaison with partner organizations and the related ministries of the government of Bangladesh, data collection and presentation, monitoring and reporting on program activity progress and status, drafting and processing of documents in according with well defined agency instruction and procedure, organized training program, prepare, maintain the personal files, appraisal, compensations and benefits and recruitment of project support staffs and managing them, helped foreigners to fine-tune with a new culture and solve their problem during their staying in Bangladesh, Prepare policy, procedure and business plan writing, feasibility study of projects etc.
