The B Team at One Young World On Saturday, October 5th, 1,250 One Young World delegates took the time to sit with The B Team and present their own New Charter for Business Leadership. The One Young World delegates Charter provides a significant contribution in helping to shape Plan B and The B Team’s thinking on its Future of Leadership Challenge. Jochen Zeitz, co-founder and co-chair of The B Team said: “The Charter from the One Young World delegates has further encouraged us in our mission and will help guide The B Team. Fostering a new type of leadership – one that understands that business must generate long-term value for society, the environment and the economy is essential. The young leaders have excellent ideas and many are already active in doing this themselves. The challenge is to scale up solutions that can work in different parts of the world and across different industries.' The B Team engaged in a spirited discussion on the Future of Leadership with audience members. The B Leaders took away lessons and insights to be shared with the rest of the team at upcoming meetings. The B Leaders participating included Sir Richard Branson, Jochen Zeitz, Arianna Huffington, Paul Polman, Prof. Muhammad Yunus, Guilherme Leal, Shari Arison and Kathy Calvin.
